As far as I know, there is only one guide for this program, in addition to the copious notes that Christian provides - Ground2K for Beginners.You can find it in the Avsim library. While it is about 2 years old, everything should be more or less the same, except that VTP1 is no longer used (try VTP2 instead) and layer numbers have changed, as have the identifiers for imbricated polygons.Best regards.Luis
