MSXML4.DLL could not be loaded

Whenever I try to export a GMax model I get the next Error:MakeMDL XML ErrorMSXML4.DLL could not be loadedConfig files won't be readWhen I click on OK the error message is repeated and when i OK again I see the MakeMDL screen flash by.A .xml file and a .mdl is then made in the give directory.When I try to convert the xml file in a DOS window with the command bglcomp kas.xml I get an Internal Compiler Error C1003:Parsing document: kas.XMLError C2470: Unrecoverable error parsing XMLError C2006: Parse failed <0x80004005>Error C2003: Failed to process file: kas.xmlMSXML.DLL does exist.
