Yeah...I would erase everything except the background picture, erase the target folder and compile......go look in the target folder and there were two exclude bgls (which looked identical in a text editor).

Peter, heres an addendum... If you create an exclude in FSSC, you get two exclude files with names that end with exci, exc2. exc1 will also kill your AFCAD runways...it is some kind of generic exclude that some SCASM expert may be able to explain...in any case if you make five separate excludes, you will get X_exc1,X_exc2.....X_exc6. Delete the X_exc1 bgl and you should be OK.
