Best driver for the MX-400 under Win XP

Featured Replies

Hello everybody. I tried 23.12 last night, and I grabbed an XP compatible version but my computer didn't seem to like it. It set everything to lowest resolution and color depth after I restarted. Anybody with the GeForce2-MX400 using Windows XP, can you tell me what you're using? Thanks.:-sun1

Hello there, AlexI run an eVGA GF2 MX4 on WinXP and I found out, after trying all of them, that anything above 21.83 gives me trouble. The MX4 is getting old so the new drivers, as one would expect, are more appropriate for the new cards. I suggest you to try drivers below 23.12 util you get one that suits your system better. This is one of those cases of "try and error".Regards.

21.83 works nicely. Still not getting proper fx, but it sure is better than a computer crash every time I hit the on button. Thanks. :-)

28.32 without problemsRegards
