June 7, 200718 yr Does anyone out there know how to get a local library object into one of the Global libraries so I can use this object anywhere in the world? It is my airline sign and I would like to use it at any airport rather than just my local airport. The instruction manual doesn't really address other than saying Local objects are limited to a certain location.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Mohaje75PS- I originally posted this question in the AVSIM Library Forum by mistake, so disregard that post.
June 7, 200718 yr Author Commercial Member Hi,To make sure that an object can be placed anywhere in the world, you just need to make sure that the XML file that defines the library does not contain only placement (so only ModelData commands). If you are using the EZ Library Manager that comes with EZ-Scenery, just create a new library in it and add the MDL objects you want to it. Arno If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done. FSDeveloper.com | Former Microsoft FS MVP | Blog
