Exclude needed for default A/P

Hi Im making a few slight changes to an FS9 Default Airport (ICAO P04 "Bisbee Mun") but I need to make an exclude area as auto gen keeps putting trees etc in the middle of my Apron & runways, how can I successfully do this? Ive tried but nothing seems to work so far. Im using Afcad 2 to make my A/P changes but how do I make an Exclude area?

To get rid of autogen you can best make a VTP grass polygon. You can do this with SBuilder for example.
