Extract Only World Textures From FSX DVD??

I would like to get a clean copy of FSX World/Textures from the FSX DVD. I know that I can change the name of world/textures to have the FSX repair function load a new copy. However, the repair function appears to not be controllable. That is, it will also make other changes it feels are necessary using unknown (to me ) criteria. Since I have other file modifications in FSX I could loose those changes.
