Placing Autogen In Large Photo Scenery??

I have a 3gb photo scenery. It is mostly desert however there are some areas with vegetation beside streams or in small settlements. I want to located the area to be "treed" and then use Annotator to place the trees. The problem is that I see no way to find a specific location in Annotator. There is no SimConnect nor can I find a way to enter LAT/LON. I could spend hours scanning for a specific area in Annotator without a way to get reasonably close.
