Transparent textures such as groundlighting under a street light?...

Recommended Posts

Guest kenmc

Hi Folks I've been making my own textures using Photoshop 7, putting in lighting with Paint Shop Pro and making the textures suitable for FS9 with Image Tool. However, I can't figure out how to make the ground light textures for under my street lights or the see through textures for a chain link fence. Is there some documentation out there that I can access to help me do this? Regards, Ken

Hi Ken,You will have to add an alpha channel to the texture for what you want. In the alpha channel you define the level of transparency you want. This article might get you started:http://www.fsdeveloper.com/wiki/index.php?...nel_-_PhotoShop
