July 28, 200322 yr A curious thing.I am using Gmax 1.2, but have found that since I moved to WinXP, I cannot load files I have saved.I canload older files, but when I save new ones and then try to reload them, the application quits.I have registered the program, etc.Any suggestions as to what may be wrong??Oh, I have reinstalled the program, too.Thanks for any help.John W
July 29, 200322 yr Commercial Member This is due to the lasted patch for WinXP. If you remove it GMax will work again. July 29, 200322 yr Thanks so much Arno for the tip.I figured it was something along that line.Guess I need to start reading the forum posts over there.Again... much obliged.I am torn between using FSDS V.2.24 orGmax ...I like the FSDS, it seems a little easier to use, butI miss the precise texture placement you get in GMax.John W
