???To make 0m elevation around your elevation does not make sense!Also for an island in the ocean (maybe, sometimes).Do you want to do this?The Sim will display your Om (depending on the LOD and priority)Try to merge your data with other elevation data (Ex: SRTM (Hgt))And then select a box, for the area you will cover with your mesh.Up to 50 MB bgl the Sim should not have a frame rate problem.Make also from the same data some lower LOD mesh.Horst

Hi Horst,thanks for remembering me the link to MicroDEM. Now it was good opportunity to update it, because there is new version 8 (May 2005) with the size of the help 21 MB. Seems that there is still solved only the general UTM, not the specific TM for some exotic sites. Otherwise I (or every other user of Austrian professional) can not use your data. And your source data look pretty nice. I can decide to use only your LOD9, as the highest mesh.Horst
