When I make changes with AFCAD does that also change the way you get progressive taxi instructions? I have installed simflyers' scenery and the AFCAD changes for them. Don't have the SimFlyers files, but I do get proper Progressive Taxi instructions at airports that I have changed with AFCAD. Check the altitude of your airport reference point in AFCAD.
