Question about new version TT Tools Ai Plans format!???

Recommended Posts

Guest HeavyFan

Hi there! I just wnated a litlle more info on understanding the new version of TT Tools which has the new arrival time format for Ai planes? Like if i make a plan with the "@" in the plans, does this mean i can make anytime for the plane to arrive at the gate by using the @ in the flight plans? Is this corerct, or does it still go by the Ai planes speed in TT Tools? Since i see guy's now making new Ai plans in this new format i want to understand it better? So can someone verify what exactly does putting the "@" in the Ai plans do, as i know in the readme it says that the times afeter the "@" is the time it arrives at the gate, not like before where the arrival time was only for the plane to be in the Airport area, not the landing or Gate time!? So i would really apprecite if anyone can give me a clearer understanding so when i make some Ai plans i don't mess it up! Thank's MIKE-:)

My understanding is the @ symbol will make the aircraft arrive at the gate at that time, give or take a few minutes depending on traffic. You no longer need to include the aircraft speed. The last couple weeks I've been doing the entire United Airlines schedule using accurate departure and arrival times. I've been using the @ symbol and it seems to work.Just about done with the main fleet and working on the Express flights right now. I haven't uploaded them anywhere yet but you can test drive them by downloading the file from the PAI General forum. Just search for UAL and you should find the post.Matt

Hey Matt thank's for the Info! And I downloaded your UAL Scehdules from PAI they look great!! I love them!-:) Also i just needed to know that it does not count on the Ai planes speed! Now you told me, since i was just making a few plans out of HNL Intl,-Cali side! And they are ahead 2HRs form HNL, si i neded to know by Using the "@" in TT Tools now, i can make the planes arrive at LAX at thew real Sceduled time, instead of just letting TT Tools to make the arrival time! Now i Know i can make real world arrivals no matter how much time ahead the rela plane or times arrive at a certain airport! Thank's for your Help!! And look foward to more UA Scehdules you made!! Although i think mt FPS will Dump with all those UA Planes flying in FS! LOL, MIKE-:)
