Is it possible to get multiple active runways at an airport WITHOUT using overlays? For example, at KORD, could I get both 22L and 32L used for takeoffs and 22R and 27R used for landings?Thanks!

You could have one runway for takeoffs and a different one for landings without overlays. Think of it this way, for each overlay you can have one departing runway and one arrivals runway.Matt
