Is there any way to direct AI planes to go and park in Cargo parking area or this gem is saved by Microsoft for FS2004....?

you could either create multi-layered or Radius Afcad files for any given airport (it is a rather tedious work though...)

The best way is a radius AFCAD (RAFCAD) file for that airport.
