I know this is going to sound stupid. But can I make diff. ground frequencies for each overlay. Reason Im asking, is I am running an overlay for KPHL, and ground is very slow in making contact with me when I am using this overlay. I know I can do this, but more specific is it wise? and will FS recognize this? :-doh

Yes you can, the overlay will use which ever frequency is highest on the list. However, you can only contact the overlay which has a reference point closest to your location. This makes it kind of difficult to set up. The RAFCAD I did for KORD had 3 sets of ground frequences for the different areas of the airport, which worked pretty well. They just can't overlap.Matt
