John, in the just over an hour since posting it, we have had over 200 users take the poll. Something is wrong on your end. Clear cache in your browser is about all I can suggest.

Maybe your Vitual Machine files are corrupted, this happened to me some time ago, some pages just dont work etc.You may need to re-install IE.Paul

Not sure what you mean by Virtual Machine files, Paul, please be more specific. Where are they located and what filenames are used??FYI, I'm using Netscape Communicator 4.79.

Without doing anything other than clearing cache, as mentioned, I was able to get to the survey via the front page. Thank you all for assistance.
