Can not get ttools to see my airports.txt file

Help at wits end I for some reason can not make a AI flight I did it once but know it will not work I did it using the AI easy document. I use ttools it see the aircraft.txt and the flightplans.txt files but will not see the airport .txt file I get this (ERROR : Unable to find or open file D: Documents and settingsMY NAME DesktopP19Airports_P19.txt) I have completely uninstalled the game 3 times to try and clear any thing that might have got missed up if any one has a answer I sure would like it.
