Help... with filelibrary

Hey all, Just wanted to download Pete's Northwest repaint of the 747-300 and well there is no download icon... I saw that the other day and couldn't download a new scenery... Here is a screenshot, and circled in red, the place where the DL icon used to be...ThanksCheersP.S. Can't seem to upload the screenshot... I get this message"FILE UPLOAD ERROR - PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ADMIN REMOTE UPLOADING DENIED "HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELPHELPHELPHELPHELPHELPHELPHELPHELP
