Does anydody know if it's OK to do this?Is it just a straight replacement of a file or are there other implications?Probably noone else has tried this; but it doesn't hurt to ask. :-)ThanksBen

Ben,As stated in the FAQ at the top of the forum page, the Global Update can be applied at any time along with any patch. I highly recommend it, as it addresses many coastal issues, especially in Europe.

Randall..... thanks for reminding me about the FAQ at the top of the page. I totally overlooked that, and now that I have to reinstall Fly!2 from scratch, I should check it out.-Lindy (finally with a new GEForce 64 mg card!!)

Lindy,Ken did a great job with the FAQ - but I guess I should have said to use the First Time Fly!ers post, as it covers most of the patching issues. Best thing to do is check out both posts to get all the info.Congrats on the GeForce!
