Has anyone ever seen this error?Msg: CDualEnginePlaneSfx: No. 1 Engine undefinedFile: vehsfx.cpp line 2410Time: Fri Nov 01 22:24:42 2002errno = 2 (No such file or directory)Thanks!

Yes. I have the same problem since yesterday. Maybe it is caused by a third party airplane that I installed. But I dont know which one. When does this message appear in your case? In my case it comes when the game is loading or when I use the teleporter.:-fume Anyway: who can help us??YoursOlli (ETSA)

Olli,This happens to be in a third-party plane. I also realized I have 20 AI aircraft turned on. I'm wondering if it is another third party addon that is having a problem loading.I will disable all AI and test it tonite. Then I'll have to load the other third party aircraft one by one.Regards,

I get the impression that Fly! looks at the a/c in the same order they show up in the "select aircraft" list when generating AI models. That's definitely the case in Fly 2K. If you get the error with, say, five AI selected, then the a/c causing the problem should be in the first five.

Olli,I uninstalled and re-installed FLY2 and the message has not come back using that one third-party plane. I have not loaded any other third party planes yet.Regards,

Jim,Without shouting it from the rooftops, it would be a nice gesture to send the third-party a/c developer a note detailing the problem. If it's something in the model, I'm sure he'd like to know.

Jim,yes, thats the other way to fix it. But I did this to often in thelast weeks. I deletet the 3rd party planes and it works too :)Now I want to try to install one plane - testing- next plane -testing-and so on. Anyway, the main thing is: Fly2 is running again :-beerchug RegardsOlli(ETSA)

Olli,Great news! Glad to hear all is well. I loaded the two third party planes I thought were the culprits and I have not had the error repeat (since the re-install) either.Regards,
