America West 757-2S7 Ohio repaint for Fly! II

Just finished and sent off to the AVSIM server. A few small graphic glitches are present but cannot be overcome. I hope these will not detract from the overall look of this livery. America West Arizona is nearly done. Still fussing with the Rudder to Fuse art work. I've also done the preliminary work on US Airways, Classic and Modern liveries, American Airlines Retro livery, Eastern Airlines, Avensa, Northwest Orient Classic, Britannia, British Air, America West Modern, and America West Nevada. I've also promised Argentine Airforce and LAPA. I usually jump from one livery to another, depending on my mood at the time. Pete
