As an addendum to my post above. I should explain that when you try different colors for the lenses you have to change the colors being used by the driver. For example, in order to use yellow/blue lenses, you go into the advanced driver settings under the anaglyph tab, switch to the custom color selection and then double click on the color square. That brings up a selection window. Here you change the color used for the left side to pure yellow (i.e., 255 for both red and green, 0 for blue). Then change the right side to pure blue (255 for blue, 0 for red and green).
