May 24, 200224 yr I have been reading all the responses about favorite small props. I would tend to agree with all the choices. I have most except the Archer from Dreamfleet. I haven't bought it yet. However, my most favorite to just do some "punchin holes in the sky" is the de Havilland Beaver (beaver7.zip). It doesn't have a VC, but it does come on wheels, skies, and on floats. Works well in FS2002. It's great fun to fly.MikeD
May 24, 200224 yr Thanks - there is still a way to go, but I am pretty happy for a first ever attempt...... (credit goes to aluminumcloud) !!!!
May 24, 200224 yr Does the DC-3 count as a small prop in todays terms (747, Airbus 340)? If not then the Cessna 337 Skymaster. Still waiting on it. (Mikko, hint hint.)
May 24, 200224 yr Supermarine Seafire LF III. Fast and light, fun to fly, high ceiling. Includes a working, beautiful VC. Radio and GPS have to be added to the panel (not very hard to do). 360
May 24, 200224 yr Hi Caveman,For me its a toss up between the Dreamfleet Archer and the Debonair, I like them both, each have their good points. I am going to look at the Carendo Bonanza soon, hope its just as good.RegardsPeter.
