Coming back to FLY! II after over a year of not using it, I automatically went to download Rob Young's flight model's for the varoius aircraft. However, I noticed after linking over to Real Air's website because of the news item on the avsim front page, thay Real Air also has an improved flight model for the Fly! II flyhawk.Has anyone here used it and how does it compare to the flight model Rob Young did for the 172?Thanks.mogwai

This model from Rob has been out for some time and is excellent. Rob was aided in fine-tuning by persons in this forum who are certified flight instructors in the aircraft. Rob once said that he considers this a better flight model than the famous v88 version in Fly!2K.One thing to watch out for - if you use the AP with GPS flight plan following, this flight model has caused control problems for some flyers. When flying "hands-on", the flight model is excellent.
