Ah, Yes!...My favorite pancake house in all of creation! Did you only have the blueberry (a great choice, indeed) or did you branch out into Austrian Walnut, etc.? My wife was foolish enough once to actually order the chocolate chip pancakes (you've really got to be kidding with that one) and got a little sick (which she deserved).It's been a long time since I've ridden the chair-lift up - looks like a typical day in the Smokies.

Hey, do yourself a favor and try the French Toast sometime. The cinnamon syrup is fantastic!My family has been going to The Pancake Pantry since 1964 and it's a tradition that now spans three generations. You can't beat it - nor the lines.

Thanks for the hint - I'll give it a try sometime. I'm such a pancake lover that I probably didn't even notice it was on the menu! :-)
