AVSIM Conference

Does anyone know if FLY is going to be represented at the Conference? Is MSFS the only sim being represented?

No, FLY won't be represented, if by that you mean vendors, TRI and the like. But I am sure that there will many FLY enthusiasts there, and you will get too see some fantastic restored aircraft and meet others in the community. Don't let the lack of FLY representation deter you from coming!

Thanks for the response, Tom. I was anticipating a representative from FLY! to be there with news of a possible new FLY in the making. Oh well, we can't have everything. You did not mention any other sim having a representative, other than vendors. I refer to a talk on what to expect from other sim developers.I may be too early with my questions and I ask because I did not see a list of presenters. I would like to attend, but if all I am going to hear is a sale pitch about one sim, then I will have to rethink my decision.

We are going to have plenty of papers presented and we'll be posting detail of those shortly. MS will be there, and were working on UBI Soft. Plenty of others like CH, PCAviator, PSS, Project Magenta, and the like will be exhibiting. Lots of things to do beyond viewing exhibits.. And, you can bring the wife and turn her loose on the factory stores. :-LOL

Thanks Tom. Bringing the wife is not an option.
