I`AM working on a project that could be used in FLY! II.With reguards to Uncompressed Tiff Files, Or Jpeg, Bmp.These are my choices to save these files in.What could I do to get these type of files to be reconqnized in Fly! II ????Any help is appreciatedJeffAttchmnts

G'day Jeff,I'm NOT a programmer Jeff. Are you writing a Python script to open a window and display this image? Have you read the "How to" regarding Python.I do know that aircraft interior images in Fly! II are *.pbm images. I think that is a TRI proprietry format. Elrond Elvish wrote a great program "Flygraphics" (it's in the FLY! library NOT Fly! II library) that will convert file formats.Sorry I can't be of more help.Cheers mate,Roger @YSSY

Hello Roger;I have read some of the Python , And DO have Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0I just dont understand it as of yet ,I thought it would be nice to have ILS maps, for Instrument Flying in Fly! II ?thanks , Anyone who could make these ,Would help out those in the clouds !Thanks Jeff

You don't need any of the tools you mentioned. It's just a matter of creating these maps and including them in one of the fly map files. Sometime ago, I did just this and in this forum I was given the "how to do it". Do a search and in the meantime I see what I can find.tony
