August 26, 200322 yr Wasn't most of Ontario Blacked out Too?Yet in the image it looks like the Owen Sound, London and Windsor areas south of Lake huron are lit up. If I am not mistaken the power was out in all of Ontario except the extreeme Northwest starting at Thunder Bay. Not according to that image.
