April 20, 200521 yr There are some pictures I want to share from a converted FS2002-freeware showing the city of Vienna.I had to change the original BGL-Files with a hex-editor to avoid FSIMP to crash. (FSIMP has problems with MSFS crash-code).Harald
April 20, 200521 yr G'day Harald,>There are some pictures I want to share from a converted>FS2002-freeware showing the city of Vienna.Magical models,; Does Fly! II cope OK as far as frame rates go.?? >I had to change the original BGL-Files with a hex-editor to>avoid FSIMP to crash. April 21, 200521 yr Author Hi RodgerFly!! works well with FSIMP on my installation. I have converted all "Austrian Airports for FS2002" (payware) and there are only minor problems.FSIMP does not work well with many of the new FS2004 sceneries. (GMAX and animation)If an airport does not exist in Fly!! I add the entries manually (using DEXIMPORT) first, flatten the area by hand and than use FSIMP to convert the scenery. This procedure works wellHarald
April 21, 200521 yr G'day Harald,AAhhh one day when I tire of making aircraft I'll sit down and have a real go at using FSIMP. I thought I had it all set up correctly but it just doesn't want to work. There are just too many unknowns about scenery for me at the moment. Until then any models I want I'm afraid I'll just have to make myself using Truespace. :-) -- more fun that way anway :-lolCheers,Roger Cheers, Roger http://forum.avsim.net/public/styles_images/flags/au.png
