Featured Replies

I just tried my luck on some of the default FU3 challenges. However, the Hiker's Misadventure challenge is impossible to complete. I land and pick that guy up OK. Then I fly to the north up the ridge. After a while he shouts

Hay I founed them, thay are there after all.If you put thees three linse in your cfg file its eesyer to finedthem. The "show_challenge_markers" line puts a black piramid over the spot.OK its cheating, but at leest we know thay are there.challenge_cheat show_challenge_markers zoar Iv allso just looked into the "hikers" chalange folders and found 2files, "HIKERS1.PLN" & "HIKERS2.PLN". Wat bafals me is Wat are thay ?I can fined no menshon of any ".PLN" files in the CHALSCRP.DOC.

Hi Glidernut, those .PLN files are FU3 flightplan files. There should be the lines "load flightplan "hikers1.pln" (or "hikers2.pln")" in the challenge script. Loading those flightplans in the challenge will display a tiny mark on the map screen which also tells you more or less where you have to go at which time during the challenge...Blue Skies,Steffen (off skydiving again).
