Using values from DTE30 gives about 16x16 real elevation points for a megatile all the rest is fractal interpolation with a large zoom of 20. Definitely more realistic, not as flat - although is this practical for the main island? (i.e. England!). Sounds like a lot of work, espfinding the sea borders. To me the terrain elevation is very important - I think it has a big effect on the sensation of flying.Robert D.

yes for the sea borders it's a must but inside UK DTE30 is good enough. We have the region around of london with this level of quality and it's usable.Your model in London are placed on the right elevation, but Stansted is outside of the current elevation area see the big step in the south of Stansted Airport thats the end of Elevation tile with the high returning to the default 80ft of the blank tile.Andr
