March 4, 200323 yr Hi Tom,I'm really sorry about this but it seems like I messed up on one of my landings, I land on these cargo ships often, very routine thing, but for some reason tonight, my brakes failed, Darn mechanical stuff.Your nice Skyhawk ended up a litle shorter then normal,It looks like it might be hard to fly :-lol Is there anyway you could help me make the tail further back like it's supposed to be?http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3e641bc24908a22f.jpgIf not I guess I'll have to dip into the wifes savings and buy another one :-lolHave Fun :-newburnAllan and Puppyhttp://avsim.com/hangar/air/bfu/logo70.gif
March 4, 200323 yr Hang on, don't throw it away. You may have invented something here - the poor man's GB! And after you finish flying, you just put it in the back of the 4WD (after unhooking the wings I suppose).
March 4, 200323 yr Hi Allan, come on.... hold this "shorty" just in your pilot hands and give him another trial! That thing must be really extreme now at the rudders! I
March 6, 200323 yr Allan,I'm surprised the tail stayed so close by. Normally, they tend to bounce away from the scene.Peter http://bfu.avsim.net/sigpics/PeterR.gifBFU Forums Moderator

http://bfu.avsim.net/sigpics/logo75t.gifBush Flying Unlimited"At home in the wild"Looking for adventure? March 14, 200323 yr Hi Guys,RobDThat would be cool, A plane we could move by truck or boat?AnsgarI'm having lots of fun flying your latest Baron around, Thank You I,m doing the loops and flips with that one at the moment, I do hope the Co-pilot doesn't suffer from some form of fallout :-lolhttp://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3e7126162838c47e.jpgIt flies good, however I do seem to have a pull to the right all the time, must have a soft tire on that side or the prop torque is working overtime on my machinehttp://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3e7126ca2997e1b0.jpgTomOh yes the little fast firing Germlins, small V-8 304CU? 125 hp? or so, there used to be a few around here, Peternormally the tail bounces away from the scene Yes, I know what you mean, something like this. I wasn't sure were the tail went but it didn't seem to bother the way it flew :-lolI broke it trying a carrier landing, hit the page up and it went back to flying with the front half only :-lolhttp://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3e7128982e3f2848.jpgHave Fun :-newburnAllan and Puppyhttp://avsim.com/hangar/air/bfu/logo70.gif
March 14, 200323 yr Allan,"It flies good, however I do seem to have a pull to the right all the time, must have a soft tire on that side or the prop torque is working overtime on my machine"Your flying like my late aunt Iris used to drive... when she'd look to the left she'd steer to the left... when she'd look to the right she'd steer to the right... and she was always looking all over the place. You just need something on the left to look at to straighten out your average course. :-lol"Oh yes the little fast firing Germlins, small V-8 304CU? 125 hp? or so, there used to be a few around here,"Three oh four sounds about right... don't remember for sure. The Gremlins were a chopped off Hornet. They were out of Kenosha, WI as I recall... not too far from your neighborhood. So you might well have had a bunch around... not that they didn't get around. Pacers too... Rhonda had a '76 Pacer... maroon with a white vynal top. Was a great car... when it was new... aged fast though. :)Your renegade looks a bit nose heavy... interesting look even so... :-eekHave a good day, Sir! :)
March 14, 200323 yr Allan,You have to try the Renegade in speedboat mode (i.e. no wings). It cruises nicely over the water.Peter http://bfu.avsim.net/sigpics/PeterR.gifBFU Forums Moderator
