January 31, 200521 yr Found FU1 in its original carton in a flee-market. The CD loads to my C-drive but the sim refuses to start in Windows XP Pro. Does it require DOS and an earlier form of Windows? Would be nice to try this first sim from Flight Unlimited/Looking Glass. Any help?Roland

Hopefully someone can come up with a specific solution.http://www.battlebelow.com/shswinxp.htm
January 31, 200521 yr Hi Roland,FU1 for DOS is about the same as FU1 for Win95FU1 for DOS was my starting point to FUFU1 for Win95 can be downloaded here as free demohttp://5star.freeserve.com/Games/Flight/fl...d-download.htmlThey talk about seattle and fu3 but the demo is FU1 with just 1 plane , the Pitts and 1 region.FU1 is a simple file system game and you can add planes and region from your CD or try just to replace the flight.exe of your game with the flight.exe of the demo. Set the properties of the exe to compatibility mode win95, using 256 colors and 640x480.Once in the FBO type ctrl+O to reach the option and set there the controls, sound and graphics.hope it works for you :-) :-wave agtim
