I thought I would reload Switzerland and play with it yesterday. I copied my FUIII/FUII to C: from C:Program Files, moved the Seattle folder from Regions elsewhere and put Switzerland into Regions making sure that the region cfg file in Switzerland read reg_cd_path C:Flight3CDROMSwitzerlandMAPS as it should and that the CDROM folder had the Switzerland map folder in there. The program fired up with a Sanfran airport as the default as that was the last one I flew from, and i successfully changed regions, selected an airport in the Switzerland regions and hit fly. AI loaded in and then instead of going from there into the program I got the Flight Unlimited has encountered a problem and needs to close message box with which I guess most of us would be familiar. I cannot remember how I fixed this before, if I did. I am not sure if the default airport has to be in the Switzerland region or if my AIPLAN or AIMODEL files need replacing. Those two are currently byte empty files in the RegionsSwitzerland directory. If anyone is still flying this Swiss version could they possibly assist me here please. Thanks.

Hi evansgg,Is this the old version of 2001 using .cpd files ?if yes check the folder name (GERPILE) for the german version and put all files from there to your ENGPILE folder as this is the foldername of the english version of FU3.You must start using direct flights and there are conflicts with outer airports of the Seattle area.
