Are RC users entailed to full / free version of FSUIPC? I see a new version out, and I use RC's newest version, yet FSUIPC is still listed as unregistered.

Michigan has been bad the last 2 weeks, and being a Certified Flight Instructor, with bad weather, means little pay. When things get better, I'll put it on my to buy list =)
