Flt plans from FSNav 4.1 to FS2K/2 Flt Planner.

It's basic I know but... After compiling plan in FSNav and save in FS/Myflts (.fsn file) how do I load that into the FS2K/2 Flt Planner ( .pln file) so that it will appear in RC 3.1 list of flight plansready to load?
