November 20, 200421 yr It's been more than a year since I flew with RC (for various reasons, mostly that I wasn't flying AT ALL), and I'd forgotten how sarcastic the debrief can be. During my flight from KSAN to KSDL today, I got clearance to descend at pilot's discretion, then miscalculated the descent point. Oops. To make matters worse, I missed a couple calls that were stepped on by the default ATC chatter.The RC3.1 debriefer's comment began, "You need to clean the wax out of your ears..."It sure made me pay attention on the next leg of my flight...which ended in Tulsa with a beautiful ILS approach to 18L and an okay landing.
