Does RC4 have trouble with time acceleration? Flight from KIAH TO KDFW, I asked for vectors to runway, it acknowledged, then I did 4X acceleration for awhile then came back to 1X. RC4 vectored me past the airport, then 60 miles northwest. Only when I declared an EMERGENCY did it give me furthur instructions. Might time acceleration be the problem?

Mbill,RC4 is fine accelerated up to 4X. However, I would suggest you only do that whilst in the enroute phase at your cruise altitude. Once you start down keep it to 1X. There's a lot of computations going on in the background so you have to give it a fighting chance.Cheers,
