SID (Standard Instrument Departure) and SD (Standard Departures) are now called the same thing. You'll have to get the official reason from the Radar Contact guys, but the name was changed a few years ago for reasons only the Government knows.Older Jeppessen charts called them SID's, new ones call them SD's.Go figure.

Only a matter of time before they rename them SIDPs.
