March 4, 200719 yr Hi there.First off, thanks for great product; really puts the default FS9 atc to shame!Anyway, just made my first flight using version 4.2.3831, and have a question regarding the flight critique which, from searching both the manual and forum, seems not to have been answered. (sorry if i've overlooked a post, and it has infact been answered)I run FS fullscreen, so the transparent, non advdisplay module, option is used (registered FSUIPC)Upon a flight into KAST (uncontrolled approach, no tower), I did an IAP approach to the ILS, and then cancelled IFR when visual with runway (testing things out).As expected, I was told to switch to advisory, and sqk vfr which I did. At this point, RC appeared to shutdown, as the transparent window closed.Upon taxying, and shutting down the plane, I couldn't find an option anywhere for the flight critique. I minimised FS9, and RC4 had shutdown, as previously thought. Is this expected behaviour when running without Advdisplay and my approach method, or is there something i've just overlooked ?Thanks !Martin
March 4, 200719 yr Moderator Hi Martin,If you cancel IFR you're effectively ending comms with RC hence the reason why you got no critique. Running or not running AdvDisp is irrelevant. If you want to hear the critique stay with App, Twr and Gnd (where available) and the critique option becomes available once Gnd (or Twr) has given you taxi instructions to the gate.Cheers, Ray (Cheshire, England).
