Registration ?

Hi,I have been trying to register my copy of RC 4.3 with the number that you sent me yesterday but it will not work and i have requested another to no avail.My Product ID is 1291046091 ! John ! Paxton I'm also using Vista 64 and have used the administation method.Cheersjohn paxton

Hi,I have sorted it out at last.I did not realize that you had to leave the first and last name boxes blank, I kept putting my name in.CheersJohn

HI,I used the name boxes when sending you an email for the code and thought I had to put my name in as well as the reg number as most programs want.Cheersjohn Paxton
