Hi all,I have a bit of a problem. I'm running FS9(.1) with the no cd patch on aP4, 3GHZ, 2Gigs of RAM and a ATI 1950 512mb DDR2.But that's not it, I'm also running it on dual screens. One 20 inch widescreen, one 17inch normal, both ACER's.Here's the deal : When I alt-enter FS and go to windowed mode, there seems to be no problem at all, but when I use the windows key, or alt-tab, I go out of FS, but in my taskbar there seems to be two FS's running (see screenshot/link). The one that says Microsoft bla bla is FS itself. If I click it, I go back to FS, the one next to it, seems to be 'something'. I just don't know what it is. It runs on my second (17inch) monitor and when I click it, I hear the sound from FS, but nothing pops up, no image, no FS, nothing. Also, when I am back on my desktop, and this 'phenonamon' is going on and I drag something to this second (17inch) screen then I can 'see/feel' it slide BEHIND something, this seconde FS thingy in my taksbar.Well, you could say : Leave it, just don't use alt-tab or the windows key, but my anti-alias is also not working anymore, and I guess it has something to do with this problem. (I activated anti-alias in the ATI catalyst (7.4, the latest), deactivating it in FS and visa versa). Other then that, nothing is more frustrating then having a fast enough system, that does not work properly, innit?Maybe somebody else came across this same problem?Any help would be appreciated....alot.Thanks in advance.LINK/SCREENSHOT :

This is what is have right now:Motherboard ASUS A8N SLI2x SATA Hitachi Dekstar T7K250 160 Gig (RAID Configuration)nVidia EVGA GeForce 7800 GT CO x162 gigs TWINMOS Matched Pair (4x 512) (works pretty fine with A8N SLI)Soundcard onboardPower Suply is an Cooler Master 450 watt RS 450 ACLY(but you better take 500w or even better, 550w.The processor is alot of money so i'm thinking about the AMD 64 X2 3800+. That wil work fine to me. I'm also thinking about to buy one EVGA 7800 in the future. Dubbel fun !!Succes with buying and keep me posted.Kevin.

Hey Boaz,Well it looks i have the same problem as you. When turning final and in a range of 5nm from the aiport FS crashes or hangs. I don't know what it is but its really irritating me. First i thought it was IVAI (The Eye of IVAO) because this progam is heavy to run in the background en does impact the frames in FS. I did a couple of tests but find out IVAI is not the problem maker.I reinstalled my computer and FS and it seems the problem isnt solved. I guess it's an old hardware driver thats conflicting somewhere, somehow. Personally i think its my sound card, but still testing with that.....So mate, i dont have a solution.... only the same problem.

Hey Manny,Good to hear i'm not the only one with this strange kind a problem.Do you use IVAI (Eye of IVAO)? I figured out that when i'm turned IVAI on and reload the data my system hangs or crashes fully.On the other side, i get always the problem at short final. Didnt find out that problem. Well nice try, but my opinion is that only real-life aicraft may be uploaded to AVSIM.

Hey Guys,Always when i'm on short final(arround 5 NM) with my PMDG i.e 738 or 744 my system crashes or hangs. I tested it with a posky or IFDG several times and no system crash.Can anybody tell me whats wrong. I never had this before.Kevin.
