Hi Keven, Thank you very much for your reply. I do have FSX and P3D installed, I can confirm that your product does in fact work and I am more than pleased. After a more in depth comparison between installed and then uninstalled all is well. My confusion came from the fact that when I installed a window came up saying it is working and almost instant another window came up to say Task Complete, but the first window was still saying working, when I clicked on task complete ok, both windows gone. If you understand my explanation your a better man than me lol. All well here many thanks for your time John

Hi Keven, I had the same problem with frozen on the working phase. I done as required with uninstall and re download but unfortunately it still is not working for me. I am running P3D 2.4 academic. A window opens saying PricipitFX Installer,s Task Complete, but the other window just hangs saying, working. Any ideas John

Hi, I downloaded it early this morning but I had read that someone reporting this also on Aerosoft Airbus X forum and a new installer was provided and now all is well. Thanks for your reply John

Good Morning, I have the Aerosoft Airbus X A318/319 installed to Prepar3d v2.3, I redownloaded from my account the FS2crew Aerosoft Airbus Button, when I try to install it I get an error message to say that the host aircraft does not appear to be installed. Can you help me in this issue Many Thanks John

If you have the accu feel add on, you will need to make sure it's off when you use Deltasim boats. Hope this helps John

Dear Sir,I have had this product for a little while and with varying degrees of success am happy with it.However today i installed the version 1.1 and thats when it all went wrong.I cannot click on the flap gauge to call up the panels it will not allow i have checked thecfg with the one you have pinned for us to compare and it is the same.I then went back to the version 1 and all was ok.During all these events I uninstall and reinstall many times trying to get it to work fromversion 1 to version 1.1.I am now unable to use it because there is a licence problem error.Please can you help me to fix this and get it working again.To note I can get the gauge up from the fsx task bar but it is blank.Thanks in advanceJohn Silcox
