  1. Tests on my system (Win7 32bit, FSX with SP2, PMDG 737NGX with hotfix 2, Core i5, 4GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT 240 with 512 MB RAM) have shown, that the virtual cockpit needs a lot of resources of FSX.After removing the VC-section in panel.cfg and renaming of the folder "texture.vc" to "text.vc", frame rate increased a lot and I didn't have panel freezes again. Some fine tuning will be necessary to avoid black windows in other views than forward view. Abstinence of the virtual cockpit allows to move the sliders of FSX more to the right side for better scenery and other effects. Without the virtual cockpit, it is possible to me to enjoy this phantastic aircraft in a detailed environment without having set many sliders of FSX near minimum. Reini
  2. Brad,Thanks for your interest in my problem. But the described behavior occurs if no ILS is tuned, so no GS capture is possible.RegardsReinhard
  3. I have a problem with the altitude restriction in the MCP with the PMDG 737-800/900. If I fly in LNAV and VNAV mode, an altitude restriction in the MCP is ignored if the plane approaches the destination airport with a selected runway (Tested at LSZH Rwy 14 or 16, MCP Altitude 4000 feet, 2D-Cockpit). VNAV is correctly disengaged at the MCP altitude restriction, but ALT HOLD is not selected and the aircraft continues to sink in an uncontrolled way.May be this behavior could be corrected with the next patch.I also have to say that the PMDG 737-800/900 are excellent aircrafts and it is a pleasure to fly this highly realistic planes!RegardsReinhard
