Your idea of comparing to guages is great and much more accurate. I have been slowly recearching and working on my pit for years and it never occured to me to search my own archived files. Doing so revealed a cadd drawing from Adams Rite, the manufacture of the throttle, drawn at 1 to 1 scale.
