I purchased PMDG747-400 29/12/2006.But I can't play PMDG747-400 until now,because black screen of all displays in the cockpitsuch as PFD, ND..So I sent e-mails to

When 10/01/07, I think the server of my e-mailcould have some problem. I used another sending e-mail address.but I get no answer.In site of PMDG, it will take maximum 48 hours for tecnical service. I need help. I purchased PMDG 747-400.
