that's my issue, i can't find the .wav files ANYWHERE on my entire computer, so they must be contained in the gauge... all i want to do is overwrite the wav files!Wolfko thanks for all your help, I may need to contact you via email for some additional help as no one in the gauge forum responded!

Hey,Thanks for the help... the PSS ones are a little different, not much, but they are. The ones on the DVD are not called out by the pilots and they are consistent across the different DVD's I have with 757's on them. Do you happen to know which gauge it is?Matt

Hey,I wanted to changed the audio for the altitude callouts (2500, 1000, 500, etc.) in my PSS 757's (and any other aircraft that use those generic callouts) using audio from an in-the-cockpit 757 DVD that I have, but I cannot find the .WAV files, does anyone know where they would be and how I can overwrite them with different audio?Thanks,Matt

i nearly passed out when i got FSDT O'Hare... I had ALWAYS wanted a good scenery since it's my favorite airport, and FSDT cannot be beat.btw, anyone know if FSDT is going to make an update to add the new runway?

hey, thanks for the reply... i did that and the PW 757's still come up with the RB211 engine ident... that's why i am so confused, i am using the PSS PW air files but they still come up as RR... also, when i use the PW air files from PSS the 757's go haywire when simulation speed is put at x2 or x4, but i don't have that problem with the RR, any ideas?

Hi,EDIT It appears that the reason for the engines not starting was that it was too cold in MSP, at -14C TAT... anyone know how to remedy this situation?!So I have a curious little problem with my PSS/POSKY 757's. I was flying last night, I started with a flight from ATL-MSP and completed it no problem. Decided to do the return flight to ATL, so I put sim speed at 4x to pass the hour layover. When it was time to start the engines, they WOULD NOT START. N3 would spool up to 23.8 or so but the engine would not start, with the PSS 757 the engines engage at 24 N3 (at least with the RR aircraft). So I gave up and went to bed. Then this morning, I had the same problem.The problem persists in ALL of my 757's. I have merged my POSKY 757's by putting the PSS .air file and aircraft cfg into them, but since doing that nearly a year ago I have not had this problem, EVER. Just to note, I tried using the straight PSS 757's and had the exact same problem. Uninstalled the PSS 757's and reinstalled them just now and the engines still won't start.Please help if you can! Thanks.MattP.S. - for those who might have an idea, when I put the .air file from the PSS 757's into the POSKY ones and then open the CDU in the game, the engine type that always comes up is the RB211, even for the PW 757's, any idea why this is?

Hi,I hope someone is able to help or knows what's going on with this issue... I just bought a brand new Jetline Xjett 750, for use with FS of course! So I was transferring everything over and I went to install my PSS 757 on the new computer. The installation went fine and everything showed up in FS9. But when I open the plane, the gauges do not load correctly. There are no numbers in any of the gauges, like in the speed tape or the engine indications or the nav screen or the CDU or even the PSS setup screen. I don't know what to do, I have never had a problem like this before. I have attached a picture to show what I am talking about. If you can help, I would really appreciate it!Regards,Matt

Hi,I am new to this but I am looking for some help... I would like to successfully merge my PSS 757 and 777 panels with POSKY 757/767 and POSKY 777.Whenever I do a direct replacement of the panel folder, almost everything works EXCEPT for the Autopilot and/or Autothrottle.I have been able to get the 757 to work by replacing POSKY's .air file with the PSS .air file and replacing the Aircraft.cfg file as well, however this sacrifices the great POSKY dynamics for the less than stellar PSS ones.As for the 777, tried the same thing as with the 757 and it didn't work.Does anyone know how I can successfully merge these panels to keep them functional?Thanks for any help!Matt

Disregard my post about it only happening with one aircraft... it happens with any aircraft, including the MRAI traffic board. ALSO, the game will shut down if I minimize the game (say to look at AISmooth or a folder on the computer).Anyone have any idea?!Thanks,Matt

checked for duplicates, there were nonehowever, i think it is only doing it with my MD-80, because i tried using another aircraft and had no problems... sooooo, what could be causing this shut down problem with just one aircraft? i have made no changes to that plane and it was working just fine the other day...any ideas?thanks,Matt

update...I tried disabling the O'Hare scenery, then attempted to do the flight I have been trying to do all morning.When this started this morning I was trying to do an IFR flight plan from DCA (Cloud9 scenery) to ORD (FSDreamteam Scenery). I was running AISmooth, and when I loaded the flight and was at the gate after opening the ATC window and trying to move it on the scenery, the game shuts down.After disabling O'Hare and trying the same procedure, the game still shuts down.Before disabling KORD I attempted to load just a normal flight (no flight plan) at Chicago, opened the ATC window, and was able to move it just fine. However, last night after installing O'Hare I did experience the problem when I simply clicked on the screen and the game shut down.I am lost as to what to do. Any ideas?Thanks,Matt

Hi,For some reason, whenever I try to click anything on the screen while playing FS9, such as trying to grab and move the ATC window or grab one of the scrolling bars (like ATIS or AISmooth), the game closes all of a sudden.Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? Hi,I am really hoping someone will be able to help with this. I am trying to use my PSS 757 panel in my POSKY aircraft. When trying to use the PSS panel with my POKSY 757's, I found that the autothrottle would not fuction. A while ago someone told me that I needed to use the PSS .AIR file in order to get the panel to function properly, and this did in fact work, but the PSS .AIR file is not as good as the POSKY. Secondly, I would like to be able to use this panel with my POSKY 767's as well, however replacing the .AIR file of a 757 into a 767 is not an option. Can anyone help me get the autothrottle to work with the POKSY 767's?Thanks in advance for any help!Matt

Hi,I want to use the panel from the Phoenix Simulation 757's in my POSKY 757s and 767s but when I install the panels and try to use them, the autothrottle won't work... it doesn't seem to control the engines at all and never holds the set speed. I tried copying the PSS 757 aircraft config. into the POSKY 757 but that didn't solve the problem. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?Thanks in advance,Matt

Hi,This has never happened before and I have been using AI Smooth for a long time... when I run FS9 and AI Smooth, AI smooth is not recognizing that FS is running and so it's not controlling the traffic. I was using FSUIPC 3.7.0 and I just upgraded (after this problem began) to FSUIPC 3.7.5 and I also upgraded from AI smooth 1.9 to 1.11 and it still isn't recognizing. Does anyone know how I can fix this?Thank you,Matt

Hey everyone,This is really strange... every time I try to load the real world weather function, it looks like it's loading (you know, the progress bar) but then the game just shuts down. What's even more strange is that this has never happened before AND it started yesterday AND I had used the real world function earlier in the day, then when I tried to use it later it did this funny shut down thing and it is still doing it now. Anyone know what the problem might be? The only change I made to FS was installing the new KMSP scenery, but I don't know how that could mess up the real world weather.Any ideas?Thanks in advance,Matt
