Im not sure what im doing wrong here, I recently purchased the Ifly 737 and downloaded LINDA, After I got it set up and loaded the Ifly module in Linda I got some but not all controls. Mainly I get a few encoders working on the ap and thats it, ie. heading speed and alt knob. But nothing else works.. FSUIPC is latest version and the LINDA setup checks out allright I take it there is an updated module but not sure what one I need. I have not updated Ifly or LINDA as of yet. Any help would be apprciated Scott

Alright problem solved, after looking closer I had all the sharing and permissionstabs set to full control but on the security tab for the shared folder the option to write to it wasnt set. Rc could read but not write to the folder.

Everything is running as an administrator. I can see flight plans and the FSX install across the network so I know Im on the right track. I think it may be due to the fact the FSX is installed on a second hard drive all by itself. Im guessing when I click okay in the pilot/ controller section its looking to write in a location that dosent match up with my FSX install. If I could figure out where RC is trying to write to, I could probably figure this out. So far this is the only FS utility that has given me any problems over the network via widefs,,

Okay I have made some progress, it seems the share was saving under an incorrect path so after editing the path the FSX install ( which is on a different HD if it matters. ).is visible on the client machine I can now rebuild scenerey DB, but when I click ok to get out of the controller center I still get the same run time 75 error. When I click to get out of that where exactly is RC looking to so I can check the share / permissions at that location..Scott

Im trying to get FSX up and running on a client machine running XP (FS machine is Vista). During the install it ask for the FSX install path. I have shared it and it has full permission but it always says its not available. I skipped that part and it finished installing. I have also shared the folder that contains the flight plans sucessfully and I can load A flight plan from RC on the client computer. However when I try to leace the controller center I get " Run-Time Error 75 Path/File access error" All I am running is MSE. Currently FSX And RC are communicating but the proper foldes that need to be shared dont seem to be working. Everything on the FS machine has full sharing.. Therefore I am also unable to update scenery DB..Any help would be appreciatedScott

Nevermind, I jumped the gun on posting this. apparently somewhere the fix screwed the settings for audio and the front mic input. after chasing my tail its working now....

Have been using Voice commander for the Wilco 737 quite sucessfully until today. I installed a second video card in order to add a third monitor and on bootup I got a BOOTMGR missing. Booted from the windows disk and did a repair and all was well. I tried a flight tonight and fs2crew initialized okay and I got the green bar saying voice recognition was started. But it was not responding to my voice. Headset was set up the same and i could hear my voice through the headset. Any ideas on what settings our configs could have been affected. I guess if worse comes to worse I can reinstall fs2crew. I would like to get this up and running quicklyScott

Need a little help, im not getting notification from the FA that cabin is secure for landing . Therefore no app checklist or anything after. TOD point os calculated and is in descent mode. Anything else that I may be missing to get app checks and following procedures??

Ok maybe I have my terminology wrong. Im on base and I get my vector to intercept the localizer it seems that I barely start this turn and the localizer comes alive. To me it seems im not at the proper angle to intercept and I overshoot. If I engage app mode when LOC is active it seems to not track correctly. Mainly I fly the Wilco 777 and the flight 1 super 80. Will try a few more times, I think I may just need to pause and check my position when I get vectors in order to see the big picture of how im situated. I think I got used to the default atc and its long finals and may have to step my flying skills up.

So far I love radar contact but im having one problem. On approach I feel im receiving vectors that make it impossible to intercept ILS. As soon as I turn on to base I get Localizer alive from FDC live cockpit and im still 90 degrees from runway. It seems everytime I never get a vector on to final and I always overshoot. I have rebuilt the scenery file and everything. What could I be doing wrong. The plane is configured and at 175 knots

I currently have FS2 Crew for the default 747 in FSX and was wandering of the FS9 737 would work in FSX. If not is there any plans for a version for the default 737-800 in FSX?? I like flying the 737 but its not the same since ive been using FS2Crew for the 747
