Ryan, I am glad to hear that this improved your Posky 747-400 experience. You can adjust the number "1.0" up or down as you see fit to dial-in the level of effectiveness/sensitivity you are looking for. I use this mod for many other aircraft in my hangar--it's really pretty flexible. I would also suggest you go to www.poskyarchive.com and look for the Posky FDE upgrade files, plus the Supplement, as well as upgraded/modified "Model" files for your particular aircraft. You will also find some Posky Model files have been adjusted to improve their performance in FSX--these are distinguished by the designation "FSX" in the model folder itself. The difficulty with turning was an issue early on with some of the Posky models and was addressed to some degree with modified Model files. I think if you can assure yourself that you have the latest FDE and Model upgrades for your particular aircraft, plus the Differential Braking mod, you will have it "as good as it gets." Ryan, In addition to making sure you have the most up-to-date Model files from Posky plus the appropriate A/C CFG changes (also from Posky) for your particular aircraft, one thing that helped me a lot to overcome the ground handling issues that are common with the Posky 747-400 is that I have added the following line in the "Brakes" section of the A/C Cfg. file--toward the tail end of the Cfg. narrative: Differential_Braking_Scale = 1.0 (make sure you use the indicated underscores and not dashes) In effect, what this does is "mimic" the effect of differential thrust from the engines. As you turn the nose wheel left or right and lightly touch the brakes (don't hold them down)the A/C will respond immediately by turning rather sharply in the direction you want. Play with the thrust to overcome the braking effect as well to keep you moving. You can play with this value, plus or minus, to set the level of sensitivity you want, but 1.0 is a good starting point. I use this adjustment with many of my aircraft and it works well for me.
